The rate of forclosure has been increasing during the last several years. This can be attributed to the great misplacement of resources and budget by the government. The problem can be solved if the right policies are established. Foreclosure of homes and houses is part of a vicious cycle which is very complicated and hard to deal with. The government, banks and lending companies are all to be blamed due to the financial crisis. A chain of wrong decisions and erroneous policies have led to layoffs and mass firing of employees and workers. Since the people have no way to pay for their home loans and mortgages, this would lead to foreclosure of houses and properties. In order to deal with the problem, the government should set strict laws and standards for lending and borrowing money. This is very important in order to solve the financial imbalance which has plagued society.

The primary cause of the foreclosures can be attributed to greed by people who were earning money while the financial system has been put in danger. The lenders and creditors took advantage of the desperate people. The banks were willing to accept down payments for houses even though there is a great chance that the payment would not be completed. Despite of that, the banks would be able to earn money since the houses would be reposed and forclosed.

The government has established several programs in order to deal with forclosure. Tax cuts have been implemented in order to help the middle and lower class to save funds to pay for basic necessities including food, shelter and transportation. The banks and lending companies were also instructed to freeze the debt until the clients and consumers were able to recover and find a decent paying job. Large companies also helped the people deal with the problem of foreclosure. Low level jobs have been increased by reducing the pay and salary of the executives, chairmen, managers and supervisors. This is a great help to people who have no options left. The following changes led to the decrease in unemployment and home forclosure. Millions of people were able to recover and find the necessary financial security they need.
